Every order is produced to your exact specification. You see every choice and price before you pay.

Upload your image

Any JPG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC file works. Photos from any recent phone produce great results — the higher the resolution, the better the fine detail we can capture.

Specify your model

Choose size, material, finish, and optional base with its own finish. Add airbrush painting if you want it — up to six colors of your choice. Every add-on price is shown before you commit.

We produce it

Your model is printed on a high-resolution resin system, then finished to your selected tier — from raw as-printed to fully airbrushed with a protective clear coat. Bases are printed in resin too.

Delivered to your door

Shipped via USPS or FedEx with full tracking. Standard is 5–7 business days. Rush and Express options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Every model goes through a manual quality check before it leaves our studio. If it doesn't meet our standard, we reprint it before you ever see it.

FAQ

Common questions

What images work best?

Any clear photo with good contrast. Portraits, pets, family photos, and logos all work well. Higher resolution gives better detail — but modern phone photos are more than enough for most orders.

What file formats can I upload?

JPG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC. Max file size is 15 MB. We handle the rest — file preparation is included in your order.

What is the difference between a custom order and a store purchase?

Custom orders are made to your specifications from an image you upload — production takes 5–7 days. Store purchases are finished pieces ready to ship, in stock for immediate dispatch.

How long does production and shipping take?

Custom orders: 5–7 business days standard, with Rush and Express options at checkout. Store orders: 1–2 business days for in-stock items.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is planned for a future update.

Can I paint it myself?

Yes. Select the Raw or Sanded finish and use acrylic model paint at home. Or select an airbrush finish and we handle it for you.

What if my model arrives damaged?

Email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no cost — or issue a full refund. Your choice.

Can I use any image?

You must own the rights to any image you upload. Copyrighted characters and prohibited content are not accepted and will be declined. See our Terms for details.
