Terms of Service

1. About Panda3DPrints

Panda3DPrints is a US-based custom 3D printing service. We convert customer-submitted images into 3D-printed resin models and ship them to US addresses.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time.

2. Your submissions

You must own or have permission to use any image you upload. By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You own the copyright, or have a license from the copyright owner.
• The image does not depict copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks you don't have rights to.
• The image does not contain sexually explicit, hateful, or illegal content.
• The image is not intended to produce a functional firearm or any item regulated by law.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion and refund the full amount if an image violates these terms.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received. If payment fails or is cancelled, your order remains pending and can be resumed from the tracking link we email you.

4. Production and shipping

Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days. Rush orders ship within 2–3 business days. Express orders ship within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Transit times after shipment are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We ship from the United States and provide tracking on every order.

5. Refunds and returns

Because every model is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Panda3DPrints — including our name, logo, design system, copy, and code — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission. Your uploaded images remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are decorative in nature and are not intended for structural, mechanical, safety-critical, or food-contact use. Do not use our printed models where failure could cause injury.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Referral program

Referral credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are capped at $50.00 lifetime per customer. We reserve the right to void referrals obtained through fraud or abuse.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with pending orders. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
