Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address (US only)
• The image you upload to be printed
• Your customization choices (size, material, finish, base, colors, notes)
• Payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see or store card numbers)

We also automatically log basic technical details — IP address, browser user agent, pages visited — for analytics and to prevent abuse.

2. Why we collect it

• To produce and ship your order
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, status updates, shipping)
• To handle refunds and customer service requests
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the service
• To improve the site (aggregate analytics only — no ad tracking)

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending transactional emails
• USPS / FedEx — shipping and tracking
• Render — our hosting provider (servers located in the United States)

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy commitments and only receives the data required to perform their specific service.

4. Your uploaded images

Images you upload for printing are used solely to fulfill your order. We keep them for 14 days after delivery in case of a reprint or quality claim, then delete them.

Images we feature in our gallery are only ever shown with your explicit consent.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies:

• Session cookie — required to keep your cart and wizard state
• Theme cookie — remembers light/dark preference
• Referral cookie — remembers a referral code if you arrived via a friend's link

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

6. Data retention

• Uploaded images: deleted 14 days after delivery
• Order records: kept for 7 years (tax/legal requirements)
• Analytics logs: aggregated after 90 days, raw events deleted after 1 year
• Email delivery logs: 90 days

7. Your rights

You can request at any time:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of any inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Removal of your images from our gallery

8. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify customers by email and post the updated date at the top of this page.
